This survey is being conducted by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (MARISA) program, which strives to provide timely, decision-relevant scientific information to communities as they build adaptive capacity to climate variability and change in diverse settings in the Mid-Atlantic region. MARISA’s initial focus is on the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. MARISA is funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Thank you for participating.

Purpose of the Survey: This survey will help us understand your experience as a user of the Chesapeake Bay Climate Impacts Summary and Outlook on the MARISA website and enable us to improve its relevance, clarity, and value.

Benefits and Risks: The results of this survey will help us to refine the content and format of future versions of the Chesapeake Bay Climate Impacts Summary and Outlook. Loss of privacy from survey forms is a potential but very small risk. All information about you will be kept private to the best of our ability. Your identity will not be revealed in any publication or release of results. You will not be compensated for your participation in this study.

Voluntary Nature of the Study: Participation in this study is voluntary. You may refuse to answer any question. It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete all questions of the survey.

Confidentiality: Your responses will be kept confidential. Records of this study will be kept private and no-one other than project staff will have access to your responses.
